Colleen’s Fitness Philosophy

I want to empower you, not defeat you. While exercise is meant to challenge you, every participant should finish each workout feeling successful, powerful, and excited for the next session.

FUN with Fit

The workouts are enjoyable. Most sessions range from 35-45 minutes and are never the same. This eliminates boredom but also keeps your body guessing to maximize your results.

Multi-Level Exercises

Everyone is welcome to join, start at your own pace, and work within your comfort level. All workouts include low-impact options, modifications for joint issues, and encouragement for beginners.


Live & Recorded Workout Options

Live in-person sessions will be offered at 80 Commerce Drive in Rochester on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s.

When life gets busy, or the Live sessions don’t work in your schedule, on-demand workouts will be selected to for you weekly. You can always choose your favorites from over 500 recorded sessions.

Comfort

Every participant is encouraged to exercise at their current fitness level. Colleen will offer opportunities to step outside your comfort zone, but only in small doses. You will never leave your session dreading the next.

Every member is a client!

This means that you have full access to your trainer for goal setting, accountability, and to help you overcome your personal obstacles.

Monthly coaching calls and a private Facebook group will keep us connected.


Equipment for At-Home Workouts

During our at-home workouts, we like to get creative! While dumbbells are used during most strength training workouts, we use things around the house like a sturdy chair, towels, pillows, and broomsticks.
