  • On-Demand Fitness Program

    Fit HomeBodies began in 2020 as an at-home program when the world shut down.

    Since 2020 it has continued to help those who prefer not to go to the gym, those who are not in the Rochester area, or those who travel often, to exercise anywhere they choose.

    Colleen makes these short, but extremely effective workouts fun. There is something for everyone: strength, cardio, barre, kickboxing, HIIT, pilates, core, and more!!!

    You also receive access to our private Facebook group, monthly coaching calls, and lot’s of cheerleading from Colleen and fellow participants.
