Colleen Moran

Colleen Moran is a Rochester native who has been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for over 20 years.  Colleen’s passion for fitness started at the age of 14 when she joined her first gym, and it has only grown from there.

When you take your first class or training session with Colleen you will quickly realize that this is what she was born to do.  She brings energy, excitement, and fun to each workout.  Her primary purpose is to make you enjoy becoming stronger, fitter, and happier.  She will stop at nothing to keep you engaged so you forget that you are exercising. 

“Consistency over Intensity” is Colleen’s mantra.  All you have to do is show up, and she will take care of the rest.  While your workouts will challenge you, Colleen doesn’t believe in the “no pain, no gain” mentality.  She will simply show you the amazing things you are capable of if you stick with it.  Every exercise in Colleen’s arsenal is intended for the purpose of achieving your goals, not to torture you.  Her expertise is in using multi-level exercise to accommodate you, wherever you are on your fitness journey.  If you are new to exercise or an athlete, you are in good very good hands. 

Colleen currently resides in Pittsford with her 2 amazing girls and husband.

Colleen specializes in weight loss, women’s health, mobility training, flexibility, and metabolic conditioning.

Fun Comes First. The workouts and community come with so much fun, light-heartedness, and absolutely no judgement. It’s ok to laugh, take a break, or drop your weights when you want to. I don’t believe in torturing clients. The main goal is for you to have a great time, so that you actually want to come to class, instead of dreading it.
