Colleen is an amazing and motivating coach!

I have known her for 15+ years at the gym and always looked for the classes she taught. In this online program, FIT HomeBodies, she has encouraged motivation and accountability; both are key to keeping up and increasing weekly exercise, and not always easy to get in online programs! During this crazy time, I have logged into more exercise classes than I ever would have belonging to a gym in “normal” times. An added benefit is the nutritional part - I’m a vegetarian and have realized my diet has lacked the daily protein amount needed - it is still a challenge, but this program has helped me, and I am working to “fix” that!!

Fitness is my self-care, not only physically but mentally.

The gym has been my second home, my "other" family. 2020 changed my routine and my self-care, and not in a good way. Colleen's program Fit HomeBodies opened a new door, renewed my enthusiasm, and put me back on track. Her program is focused on both strength training and cardio. While I love to sweat and the feeling of getting my heart beating, weight training is the only thing that truly helps me tone, and it maintains my fitness goals. If you've ever weight trained, you know what I am talking about! It changes your body. 

The monthly schedule of FIT HomeBodies rotates upper and lower body strength training throughout the month, and every workout is different. This helps me rotate through my fitness routine; it is like having your own personal trainer. If you cannot make a live class, there is a generous content library with an organized selection of fabulous workouts. 

And best of all, Colleen's expertise, enthusiasm, and individual care for her clients motivates me. Even though we cannot be face to face, Colleen keeps us all connected, challenged, and accountable through her community group. 

My gym is now anywhere I am. I love that. I get everything I need from this program and very grateful to be a part of the FIT HomeBodies family.

I am not someone who can say I love to exercise.

When people talked about the adrenaline rush and ‘post-workout glow,’ all I had were question marks because what I got was exhaustion and a strong urge to take a nap. I am a healthcare provider, so I know the science behind the importance of exercise, but I could not get the motivation to get myself moving. Then the pandemic started, and I knew the excuses had to stop. When I found Colleen and FIT HomeBodies - for the first time in my life, I have dedicated myself to a fitness program. Everything that frustrated me about the gym was solved - no crowds, live AND recorded classes that fit my schedule, a supportive and caring trainer, accountability, and nutrition assistance. Colleen knows when I need a push and will always be there for encouragement. She keeps the program flexible and variable, so there is no fatigue risk (muscle or mental). Colleen is also there to be your biggest cheerleader - I have those days when I feel discouraged, and she is always reminding me to be ‘present, not perfect,’ and how proud she is of my progress. I never saw results with any other weight loss or exercise program. With Colleen and Fit HomeBodies, I have gained muscle, lost inches, and lost weight. I have also learned new healthy habits I will keep with me forever. I cannot thank Colleen enough! (I also might like to exercise now!)

I cannot say enough about it so far.

I am brand new to Colleen’s program, but I was not sure that I would like an online membership as I was always used to going to classes. I must say this is amazing. Colleen makes you feel like you are in the studio with her. The most amazing part is if you look terrible, just turn off your camera. I am enjoying the workouts, and the beauty is you can do it when you have time if you cannot attend a live session. I would totally recommend trying this program.

I could not be happier with her program.

Since the beginning of the pandemic and all the gyms shutting down, I ran a ton and lifted weights very rarely in the schedule. I decided to give Colleen’s training program a try, and not only has it made me a faster, stronger runner, but I have built muscles that I never knew existed. Her classes are fun, fast, energetic, and get results. Having her classes available at any time is huge for me. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get in shape, become healthier, and have some accountability toward achieving health and fitness goals!

I found Colleen at just the right time in my life!

I had been getting my exercise from running but had to stop because I was experiencing hip pain. The live workouts were totally what I needed to keep myself accountable and to show up! The variety of Colleen’s workouts are what has been hooked and continuing to come back for more. Her workouts are unpredictable but fun, and you get the feeling of accomplishment of a great workout in under an hour. Past workout programs forced me to keep doing them when I was not enjoying them, and then I ultimately stopped. I never feel that way with Colleen’s classes, as I look forward to seeing what each workout will bring. I’m stronger than ever because of the mix of strength and cardio workouts each week. I promise you that you will not regret giving this a try!
